Vanessa Tchatchou lost her baby under mysterious circumstances in 2011, in Cameroon. Her courage in challenging the State and demanding answers at the highest level set off the case known as L’Affaire Vanessa. After living in hiding following life threats Vanessa teams up with Agnes, a filmmaker. When Agnes dies unexpectedly Vanessa must start her own investigation. This time she asks for help further afield and meets a new investigator. Both are determined to delve into the crime of baby trafficking and find Vanessa’s daughter.
