State of Change is an independent film production company based in Berlin with a focus on developing and producing international stories which explore change, portray protagonists’ journeys towards self-discovery and a better future within the complexities of an interconnected world.

State of Change founder, Francesca Dziadek, is an independent producer with a media, journalism and human rights background and a Documentary Filmmaking Diploma from METFILM School, Berlin. A multi- lingual graduate of the London School of Economics with a Masters in Communications and Film from Goldsmiths’ College, University of London she has partnered with German and international film and TV production companies, broadcast networks, print and online media outlets producing audio-visual content including documentary, reportages and features for BBC TV, SBS Australia, ARTE TV, Screen International and the European Film Academy (EFA).
